How To Book an Appointment

• Complete a routine request for a routine appointment or administrative help such as sick notes, test results or other administrative enquiries via Anima and the practice will contact you back within 24 hours. Please note that this service is not available on weekends.
• Telephone: contact us at 8:00am Monday to Friday for a same day appointment which are for acute issues. For routine appointments you can contact us until 6:30pm. 
• Visit Reception

Please note: If you require urgent assistance and you are not sure what to do, please call NHS 111 or visit A&E

Remember to cancel your appointment if you no longer need it with 1 hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment to another patient.

Patients Considering Surgery Abroad

Please be aware that surgeries performed outside the UK are not routinely followed up by NHS. If you choose to have a medical procedure abroad, you may be responsible for your own post-operative care, including any complications that arise.
