Following NHSE & Government guidelines we are to resume full long term conditions annual reviews as we used to prior to the pandemic.

We are pleased to announce this will start from Monday 4th April 2022.

All Priory Gardens Surgery Patients will automatically be called for annual review if you are due one and this will be during your month of birth, there is no need to worry we will contact you to book in. You will receive your invite for your appointment via SMS and letters in the post depending on your preferred method of communication.
